J. Eric LeVine

Attorney at Law

Sometimes simple disputes blossom into much larger problems that can last for years. There are steps that can be taken before a dispute arises that will minimize this possibility through proper planning, the use of well-drafted contracts and agreements, and using corporations and limited liability companies. J. Eric LeVine, ESQ. has been providing these services to clients for years.

At some point, every business will need to face a legal dispute. As an attorney who has helped solve many such disputes, my primary goal is to help get your case settled if at all possible efficiently and in a cost-effective way. However, any decent settlement requires strength and the strength of your position depends on focus and determination. The same efforts required to achieve a settlement are part of the process of preparing a case for trial if settlement is not possible. I am a tenacious and resolute litigator who will fight for your interests and the ultimate success in your case. Give me a call today.

"Litigation can be complex. I'll help you target the core issues of your case."

I received my Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law in 1978, passed the California Bar exam that same year, and have practiced law in Southern California since. I am admitted to practice law in California and the Central US District Courts. I am a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Real Estate Section, and the Business Litigation Section.

I offer my services on an hourly basis, for some matters on a flat fee basis or on a contingency fee basis and others on a combination of these. I also sometimes offer payment plans depending on the matter.”
